 INTRODUCTION
BEEMA-PAKISTAN is an exclusive insurance company of
the many that operate in Pakistan. This is so because we do
not actually retail any of our products
from the Head Office. All our products are sold through exclusively
'star rated' franchised branches. This is the SITARA exclusive
branch franchise plan.
STATUS
This in-effect means that we franchise retail outlets to
people and companies on an exclusive franchise agreement,
rating them as branches from 'one star' through to 'five stars'.
OBJECTIVES
The franchised branches are predominantly not the property
of the company but work under a licensed agreement. This agreement
is versatile and it enables the franchisee: (1) to hold a
customer-based territory, (2) enjoy optimum returns, (3) remain
independent of corporate burdens (i.e they are only sellers
of risk and facilitators of claim settlements); and (4) enjoy
full benefits of a freely owned and operated enterprise.
IS IT FOR YOU ?
Yes. (1) If you are a freedom loving business person, or one
to be; (2) If you have limited resources, or resources that
need to be expanded upon with your 'capital' and 'labour both',
and (3) If you are seeking optimum returns, - you qualify

HOW DO YOU DO IT ?
- Depending upon the size of your resources of 'time', 'space'
and 'money' you apply for the franchise on the prescribed
form.
- You take orientation classes (15 hours minimum) on BEEMA-PAKISTAN
products for starters, and agree to participate personally
or through a Key-man in the future.
- You examine, and negotiate the body-text of the franchise
agreement with the limitations of your resources (time,
space and money) with the Franchise Sales Manager.
- You execute the indenture of franchise owner-ship, and
YOU ARE ON BOARD!.
ON BOARD-ON GOING
Once on board you exclusively operate as an extension of the
BEEMA-PAKISTAN corporate entity, committed to the service
of your customers. The highest standards of service are expected
of you for your customers. This standard is expected to yield
the optimum levels of profitability for you.
OBLIGATIONS
Your activity is restricted to the IN FLOW AND OUT FLOW 'Activity
Chart' appended below on the one hand; and strict accounting
book-keeping regime on the other. As a consequence of your
being a franchisee and therefore an extension of BEEMA-PAKISTAN
Company Limited, you are obliged to adhere to all the terms
of your franchise indenture, or you risk foreclosure and cancellation
of the franchise license should you fail to adhere.

DO IT NOW
Your rights are the fruits of your investment of time, labour
and capital. It is assumed that an average performing franchisee
can carry home 30% plus of his/her investment P.A.
THE ACTION IS HERE
This is about the only franchise where skills of the entrepreneur
are little compared to his/her flair for enterprise. All you
need is an air-conditioned office, lined-up for communications,
furniture and an online computer.
