INTRODUCTION
The recruitment plan at BEEMA-PAKISTAN is one which is laden with gratitude. If you have, once sold any of our products you will, in-addition to your settled one-time commission, become entitled to a life-long income plan.

THE PLAN
The life-long income plan called WAZIFA if allow you to enjoy the fruits of your labour all your life! More. It does not stop with life. It goes beyond! There is a purse for your next-of-kin!

STATUS
This 'labour welfare plan' is not added insurance commission nor is it a life insurance policy. It is a discretionary marketing incentive acknowledging your labour from BEEMA-PAKISTAN. It is aimed at rewarding the labour of 'sales people' on a monthly basis.

TABLE OF INCOME
The plan works simply, and provides the sales-person Rs. 0.05 per month for every Rs. 100/- of the gross premium amount he / she brings as revenue to BEEMA-PAKISTAN. This credit is disbursed on a monthly basis and is accumulative without interest. It is incredible that for "today's labour" one can enjoy the comfort of income every month for as long as one lives. Post death the next-of-kin receives 1% of the total WAZIFA paid to the recipient by BEEMA-PAKISTAN.

PRE-QUALIFICATION
The plan works by (a) your obtaining an insurance agent's license (on prescribed form): and (b) obtaining a 'MUAVIN' card for yourself from the company. The validity of your MUAVIN card, (with or without your insurance license) will keep you pre-qualified for the WAZIFA through the years. After the age of 65 you do not even need a valid MUAVIN card - your WAZIFA carries on!

OBJECTIVES
BEEMA-PAKISTAN is a novel company with little or nothing in common with its peers. Here the insurance agent enjoys both, a life-long income plan and a career course. The career course is designed to deliver him/her, as an independent entrepreneur (please refer our Jeeaala & Sitara plans) in the business of insurance; The Wazifa and permissible commissions meanwhile provide income enough to keep one's working and retired life comfortable.

• If you have filled-in our standard biographical-sketch form;
• If you have taken upon yourself to test ground as a sales person;
• If you have attended one week of orientation classes (15 hours);
• If you are below 65 years of age and above 18;
  ......you can qualify, even if you are employed elsewhere!
